Holding Redlich announces 24 promotions including four new partners

National law firm Holding Redlich is pleased to announce the promotion of 24 lawyers, including four senior lawyers to partnership, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to internal growth and recognition. These promotions will take effect on 1 July 2025.

Jeanne Vallade has been promoted to partner in Corporate & Commercial, while Rob Lawson has made partner in Dispute Resolution & Litigation. Grace Wimberley and Samantha Gou have been elevated to partner roles in the Property, Planning & Development practice. These new leadership additions join recently appointed partners Ben Constance, Dado Hrustanpasic, Jonathan Usher, Wendy Evans, Andrew Iser, and Louise Hogg, who will commence with the firm on 1 July.

Jeanne Vallade is based in Brisbane and brings over 15 years’ corporate and commercial law experience. Dual-qualified in Australia and France, she has advised boards and senior management of private entities and ASX 200 and CAC 40 companies. Her practice covers cross-border and domestic M&A, foreign investment, corporate governance and regulatory compliance with a focus on energy, defence and technology.

Rob Lawson is a commercial disputes lawyer based in Sydney with nearly 20 years’ experience. He specialises in property-related disputes and has significant experience in commercial litigation, particularly in regard to leasing litigation for both landlords and tenants, as well as general property-based litigation.

Grace Wimberley is an experienced commercial property lawyer based in Brisbane, with a focus on capital transactions, development and energy transition projects. She is a trusted advisor to real estate investment trusts, hotel owners and operators, developers and renewable energy proponents, providing strategic advice across complex transactions and large-scale projects.

Samantha Gou is an Accredited Specialist in property law with over 14 years’ experience. Based in Sydney, she acts for real estate investment trusts, property developers and private clients across the commercial, retail, healthcare and renewable energy sectors, with a focus on complex leasing, property acquisitions and disposals, and property due diligence.
