Holding Redlich announces Special Counsel and Senior Associate promotions

National law firm Holding Redlich is pleased to announce the promotion of six senior lawyers to Special Counsel and Senior Associate, reinforcing the firm’s continued focus on internal progression and recognition across its national practice.

James Stedman is promoted to Special Counsel in the Workplace Relations & Safety team in Melbourne. He has extensive experience across employment and industrial relations law, including contractual disputes and termination matters. James has advised clients on a broad range of complex legal issues arising from the employment relationship and he regularly appears in the Fair Work Commission and federal and state courts.

Amy Pun is promoted to Special Counsel in the Corporate & Commercial team in Sydney. She advises private and public sector clients on mergers and acquisitions, including acting for founders on exits and private equity portfolio companies on bolt-ons, corporate structuring and restructures, private capital raisings and finance and security arrangements. Amy has acted on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple sectors and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Joanne Keo is promoted to Special Counsel in the Property, Planning & Development team in Sydney. She practises in commercial property with a focus on retail and commercial leasing and advises institutional landlords, property owners and tenants on national leasing portfolios and complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Felicia Prosser is promoted to Special Counsel in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Brisbane. She specialises in government, public and administrative law, competition and consumer law, regulatory compliance, investigations and enforcement, and corporate and commercial disputes. Felicia has experience working on large scale commercial disputes in both state and federal jurisdictions, acting for Commonwealth regulators and government departments in judicial review proceedings and advising on regulatory matters, including ACCC compliance and enforcement actions.
