Holding Redlich is proud to share that Partner Samantha Haddon has been named a finalist in the 2026 Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards for Mentor of the Year.
Samantha is part of the firm’s national Government Law team and specialises in procurement and commercial contracting. Since joining the Canberra office in 2024, she has been a strong advocate for mentoring and professional development, creating opportunities for people to build relationships beyond their immediate teams and access independent support and guidance.
In 2025, she established the Canberra Mentoring Program, which connects employees across different practice groups and levels of seniority to provide guidance, support and career development opportunities. She has also facilitated interstate mentoring relationships to help colleagues connect with others across the firm and gain new perspectives.
Now in its 15th year, the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards celebrate the exceptional women shaping the Australian legal profession. This year, 266 finalists have been shortlisted across 29 individual and group categories in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the sector.
Congratulations to Samantha and all finalists on their achievement. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 12 November 2026.
