Victoria is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice group. Victoria’s areas of expertise include property disputes, retail and commercial leasing disputes and complex commercial and contractual disputes.
Victoria has extensive experience in the area of commercial dispute resolution acting for a wide range of clients in various sectors including property, retail and commercial leasing, insolvency, franchises, petroleum and corporate.
She regularly acts for publicly listed companies, landlords and managers of shopping centres, property developers, retailers, occupiers of commercial and industrial premises and other business enterprises on a variety of complex and often multifaceted legal matters.
Victoria’s experience extends across a wide range of Federal and State Courts and Tribunals.
