Holding Redlich named in Australasian Lawyer’s 5-Star Employers of Choice 2026

09 September 26 - In the News

National law firm Holding Redlich has today been recognised as one of 32 law firms named a 5-Star Employer of Choice by Australasian Lawyer. The annual report spotlights law firms across Australia and New Zealand that have implemented outstanding employee-centred initiatives over the past 12 months.

Firms were evaluated across key areas of the employee experience, including remuneration, professional development, career progression, diversity and inclusion, leadership, communication, work-life balance, health and wellbeing, and reward and recognition.

Over the past year, Holding Redlich has made significant strides in promoting gender diversity, with increased female representation at senior lawyer and partnership levels. The firm also received its 19th consecutive citation as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and maintained a gender pay gap well below the industry benchmark.

Speaking to Australasian Lawyer, National Managing Partner Troy Lewis said Holding Redlich’s commitment to supporting and developing its people continues to set the firm apart.

"Our people are our greatest asset. We invest in their professional development at every stage of their careers, from our graduate and leadership programs through to partnership pathways, mentoring and tailored support during key career and life transitions," Troy said.

"We take great pride in seeing people join the firm early in their careers, develop their skills, grow as leaders and achieve their own definition of success. At the same time, we continue to invest in technology and innovation that help our people work more effectively and deliver greater value to clients. By combining career development, flexibility and innovation, we are creating an environment where our people can build long-term careers with the firm."
