Holding Redlich is proud to share that Lawyer Alexandra Cowden has been named a finalist in the 2025 Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards for ‘Rising Star of the Year – Private Practice’.

The award recognises early-career lawyers in private practice who demonstrate exceptional legal skills, client service and a strong commitment to the profession. Alexandra’s recognition reflects her dedication to achieving the best outcomes for clients and her contributions to Australia’s legal sector over the past 12 months.

About Holding Redlich Lawyer Alexandra Cowden

Alexandra Cowden is a lawyer in Holding Redlich’s Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. Since joining the firm as a graduate in 2023, she has acted for individuals, corporates, and government clients at both Commonwealth and State levels on matters involving corporate and white-collar crime investigations and prosecutions, regulatory investigations, civil penalty proceedings and complex commercial disputes.

In addition, Alexandra has defended and resolved several high-profile investigations and prosecutions bought by regulators, such as the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), and has acted for a number of pro bono clients in relation to property disputes and administrative law appeals.
