Former Queensland Attorney-General and Deputy Premier joins Holding Redlich

National law firm Holding Redlich is very pleased to welcome former Queensland Attorney-General and Deputy Premier Paul Lucas as a consultant based in its Brisbane office.

Mr Lucas’s role will include advising Holding Redlich on the further development of the firm’s practice in Queensland and providing advice to clients.

Mr Lucas is a lawyer who was Queensland Deputy Premier for four years and a Minister in the Queensland State Government for 11 years. His ministerial responsibilities included Infrastructure and Planning, Transport and Main Roads, Local Government, Energy, Health, and Attorney-General.

Mr Lucas said he is delighted to join Holding Redlich. “I’m very excited to be joining a firm of this calibre and reputation and I’m greatly looking forward to working with the firm’s partners, staff and clients,” he said.

“Having been a lawyer in private practice, a senior Minister and the State’s first Law Officer, I can offer some unique perspectives to Holding Redlich and its clients,” Mr Lucas said.
