• advising on contracts, foreign investment policy requirements, and end-to-end conveyancing matters across residential and commercial property transactions
• drafting and negotiating lease terms for landlords and tenants in relation to commercial and retail premises in Victoria
• reviewing deeds and leases and conducting property due diligence for high-profile property developers in relation to commercial and retail premises in the Australian Capital Territory
• assisting in comprehensive legal due diligence and risk management for one of the largest listed companies in New Zealand in relation to lease renewals in South Australia
• acting for charitable organisations in relation to leasing matters, including lease renewals, extensions and variations across a range of property portfolios
