Dinh has over 20 years’ experience in commercial property law and has been a trusted advisor to developers, landlords, tenants, REITS, not-for-profits and companies in the biomedical, renewable energy, logistics, manufacturing and financial services sectors. 

Dinh’s clients know her for her dedication to client service, technical ability and speedy turnaround of advice and documentation.  She enjoys finding commercially pragmatic solutions for clients. Having worked on some of Victoria’s largest property transactions as well as guiding clients through ‘business as usual’ matters, when clients work with Dinh they know they are in a pair of safe hands.  

Experience

Dinh’s experience includes:

  • acting for CSL on its new global headquarters at 655 Elizabeth Street, including the fitout procurement for an incubator hub
  • acting for Lendlease on its development of 2 commercial office towers as part of the Melbourne Quarter precinct development, an urban regeneration project worth over $2 billion. This included the sell-down to the investor in a forward fund through development agreement and all tenancy pre-commitments
  • acting for developers on a number of high profile Collins Street office developments, including Mirvac’s Olderfleet at 477 Collins Street, 664 Collins Street, Rialto Podium development and QIC’s development and sale of 80 Collins Street
  • acting for the purchaser on its acquisition of 3 commercial office towers forming part of the World Trade Centre, Docklands for over $267 million
  • acting for a developer on its purchase, redevelopment and on-sale of a shopping centre including all tenancy pre-commitments, pass through of risks to builder and sell down to purchaser
  • acting for financiers on their property due diligence for a construction financing of mixed used developments including a hotel and residential apartments
  • acting for logistics and manufacturing companies on securing their tenancy pre-commitments of warehouse premises 
  • all types of leasing transactions including major tenant leasing, strategic lease structuring and advising on leasing disputes
  • due diligence for bidders in privatisation of infrastructure assets (Transgrid and Ports)
  • business as usual land subdivisions, easements, titling issues, due diligences for business sales and acquisitions, off-the-plan sales and acquisitions of land for development.
