Sasha has acted for a broad range of clients in both state and federal jurisdictions.

Sasha's recent experience includes:

• acting for and providing advice to large landlord clients in relation to a variety of issues arising in the course of tenancies
• acting for franchisors in defending claims of misleading and deceptive conduct in the Supreme Court of Queensland
• defending a commercial client against misleading and deceptive conduct allegations in respect to retail leasing matters
• acting on behalf of a client in the Supreme Court of Queensland defending a claim for breach of contract
• advising private clients in respect to priority of payment, preferential payment and a variety of other issues under the Bankruptcy Act 1966
• appearing before the Supreme Court of Queensland in a contested application to wind up a company due to non-payment of debt
• appearing before the Federal Circuit Court in bankruptcy proceedings
• acting for a commercial client in an action against its employee for misuse of confidential information, breach of contractual terms and breach of fiduciary obligations in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
