Expertise

Hannah Haidley is a Senior Associate in our Corporate & Commercial team in Sydney. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, governance and commercial agreements.

She has significant experience advising on domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements and governance matters. Hannah also advises clients on commercial contracting across a range of industries, with particular experience in the health and life sciences sectors.

In addition, Hannah assists responsible entities, fund managers and investors with funds establishment, managed investment schemes and regulatory compliance matters.

Mergers & acquisitions

  • mergers, acquisitions and business sales across a range of industries, including health, life sciences, manufacturing, retail and hospitality sectors
  • acquisition of oncology and radiography clinics across Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia for Cancer Care Associates
  • cross-border acquisitions in the veterinary and animal health pharmaceutical sector for an Irish manufacturing client
  • acquisition of wholesale and distribution businesses across the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Netherlands
  • corporate restructures and strategic acquisitions for privately owned businesses
  • sale transactions for businesses operating in laboratory testing, compliance, food and beverage manufacturing and distribution sectors
  • private equity investment transactions, including foreign investment into Australian companies.
