Kaveh is a special counsel in our Melbourne Corporate & Commercial Group.

Kaveh advises his clients with respect to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including private and public M&A, IPOs, RTOs, equity capital markets, divestments, corporate advisory, general commercial work, complex corporate structuring, tax structuring and due diligence.


Kaveh’s experience includes:

  • advising on the IPO of Titomic Limited (ASX:TTT)
  • advising Mobecom Limited (ASX:MBM) on its back door listing
  • advising Imagion Biosystems (ASX:IBX) on its pre-IPO demerger
  • advising on the Structural Monitoring Systems plc (ASX:SMN) acquisition of Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing Corp
  • acting for the Sellers of the Sweeney Research Group on the sale of the Group to top-four accounting firm Ernst & Young
  • advising TLA Worldwide plc (AIM:TLA), a leading athlete representation and sports marketing group, on its $25 million acquisition of Elite Sports Properties Holdings Pty Ltd, an Australian and UK-based athlete management and sports marketing company
  • advising on the acquisition of the Melbourne Heart (now, Melbourne City) A-League franchise, involving Manchester City Football Club
  • providing structuring advice to an online registered training organisation, acting on a number of ‘bolt-on’ acquisitions and providing ongoing commercial services including reviewing, drafting, negotiating and advising on various commercial agreements
  • advising Einhell Germany AG on their acquisition of the Ozito group of companies.
