  • minority shareholders in Supreme Court of Queensland proceedings seeking orders for the winding up of a company on “just and equitable” grounds and on grounds of oppression and unfair conduct.


  • parties in a large, complex mining joint venture dispute in the Supreme Court of Queensland
  • commercial client and its employee in defending a misuse of confidential information proceeding commenced in the Supreme Court of Queensland.


  • administrators and liquidators, including in respect to the recovery of loans and preference payments.
