She advises employers on employment law, workplace relations, industrial relations and workplace safety matters, drawing on experience across private practice, the public sector, in-house roles and regulatory work.

• drafting employment contracts and workplace policies
• advising on employment-related issues arising from mergers and acquisitions
• managing industrial disputes
• delivering workplace training
• advising on workplace change and restructuring
• managing complex employment litigation, including unfair dismissal, general protections, workplace bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination and contractual disputes
• managing matters involving ill and injured employees
• conducting workplace investigations
• advising on regulatory matters, including remediation program design and implementation.
