Holding Redlich announces 20 senior appointments

National law firm Holding Redlich has announced 20 senior appointments with effect from 1 July. The firm has announced two new partners, promoted three special counsel to partnership, and appointed six special counsel and nine senior associates.

Kimberley MacKay has joined the firm as a Dispute Resolution and Litigation partner in the Melbourne office, and Ranjit Singh has joined the firm as a Property & Real Estate partner in the Cairns office. Those promoted to partner from within the firm are: Sydney Dispute Resolution & Litigation special counsel Bede Haines, Brisbane Native Title and Planning & Property special counsel Jenny Humphris, and Brisbane Dispute Resolution & Litigation special counsel Marguerite Xavier.

Holding Redlich National Managing Partner Ian Robertson said: “This is a very strong round of appointments and promotions and a significant boost to our firm. 

“Bede Haines and Marguerite Xavier each started at Holding Redlich as junior lawyers – Bede in 2005 and Marguerite in 2007 – and it’s terrific to see them progress to partnership. Jenny Humphris is a senior and very experienced lawyer with particular expertise in Native Title law who joined us as a Special Counsel in April last year.”
