Alyn Tai has been named as the new partner joining Holding Redlich’s Melbourne office.
Ms Tai brings to her new role her expertise in advising boards and top levels of management of ASX-listed companies on commercial and corporate matters, including corporate governance and compliance issues, according to a statement from Holding Redlich.
In addition, Ms Tai holds expertise in advising on equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and company secretariat in the ASX-listed sector, the firm noted.
“Alyn has impressive expertise in the area of advising boards and senior management on a range of critical issues,” said national managing partner Ian Robertson.
“She also has strong connections in Singapore which will complement the legal services we have been providing to Singapore-based clients for more than two decades.
“We welcome Alyn and know she will be a great asset to our firm.”
Ms Tai said she is pleased to join the national group.
“Holding Redlich’s Corporate and Commercial practice in Melbourne has experienced significant and sustained growth in recent years, and I look forward to contributing to the firm’s ongoing success, particularly as it continues to gain strong momentum in the dynamic corporate sector,” she said.
