His experience with the WorkCover Queensland scheme has created a well-versed knowledge of all stages of the WorkCover process including statutory claims (Reviews and Appeals), as well as common law damages claims.
This includes providing advice to clients in relation to the Queensland Compulsory Third Party scheme and Public Liability claims pursuant to the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act.
In addition, Carl’s expertise in damages claims includes product liability claims, medical negligence claims, dependency claims (under all schemes) as well as superannuation claims accessing TPD lump sums
