Holding Redlich chooses law graduates with care, usually giving priority to law students who have undertaken a summer clerkship with us.
We offer a supportive environment in which to develop and learn. From the outset, our law graduates are involved in quality work, with appropriate supervision and direct client contact. Law graduates also participate in an extensive Graduate Program designed to supplement the practical “on-the-job” training they receive. Our law graduates undertake Practical Legal Training with the College of Law, participate in an extensive and highly practical induction program and undertake a variety of workshops designed to help develop their legal and commercial knowledge and professional skills.
Our law graduates are also assigned a buddy who will help them support them into our firm, assist them in meeting colleagues and to help them cope with the uncertainties of the first few months in their new career.
