  • Personal Property Securities Register
  • scheme of arrangement involving one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest advertising and marketing communications services groups and a listed US conglomerate.
• advising in relation to the negotiation, drafting and operation of commercial contracts, for example:
  • supplier agreements
  • user terms
  • media buying services tender for a State Government Tourism Agency.
• advising on corporate governance, general corporate affairs and day to day business.
• acting in relation to a range of privacy matters including:
  • advising various private and public sector clients in relation to privacy obligations at State and Commonwealth levels, and under health records legislation
  • drafting tailored privacy policies and processes, including for healthcare providers.
• advising on clearance of marketing and advertising materials for major Australian brands.
• acting in relation to competition and consumer law matters including:
  • reviewing client publications for consumer law compliance
  • presenting corporate training on consumer law
  • assisting in implementing ACCC Level 4 Compliance Program for a telecommunications company.
