She acts for large national and international landlords and tenants specialising in retail, commercial and telecommunications leasing, licensing and advisory work. Tara is known for her attention to detail in her drafting and advice and commercial approach to negotiations. Tara is able to effectively manage a high volume practice and has guest lectured at The University of Technology in Advanced Commercial Transactions.
