Alexander is a Special Counsel in our Property & Projects Group.
Alexander has extensive experience acting for both landlords and trusts in retail, commercial and industrial leasing matters.
Alexander’s experience includes drafting commercial, industrial and retail leases, fitout contribution deeds as well as deeds dealing with surrenders, assignments and subleases. His retail leasing experience includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements for lease/retail leases as well as advising landlords and tenants on requirements of the Retail Leases Act 1994 (NSW). His extensive experience acting for landlords and tenants means that he brings a high level of understanding and practicality to lease negotiations.
Alexander has practiced in both Scotland and New South Wales.
