Nicole is a Senior Associate in our Property team specialising in corporate and commercial property transactions including:

  • property development 
  • major property sales and acquisitions
  • community title and land developments
  • commercial, industrial and retail leasing
  • agribusiness.


Nicole has acted in a broad range of property matters, including:

  • conducting legal due diligence in respect of share purchase agreements in excess of $100 million
  • acted for developers in the subdivision and sale of commercial property, including the provision of titling advice drafting base sale contracts and disclosure material including option agreements and settling off the plan conveyances 
  • acted for property developers in the preparation and negotiation of development agreements, option agreements and joint venture agreements 
  • acted for vendors and purchasers of commercial, rural and residential property in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia
  • receiver and mortgagee in possession sales
  • prepared community management statements and advising in respect of body corporate matters (including schemes registered under the Integrated Resort Development Act)
  • advised liquidators and court appointed trustees for sale in respect of the sale of property (including farming land)
  • acted for landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of Agreements for Lease and leases for commercial properties, including retail tenancies for existing and to be constructed premises
  • acted for ASX listed companies and managed investment schemes for the preparation and negotiation of leases
  • advised on corporate restructuring, including division of assets and implement selective share buybacks.
