A national law firm has welcomed a new Sydney-based partner, who takes to its property and projects practice.

Holding Redlich has hired Adrianna Witkowski, who brings with her expertise in development, transactions, leasing and construction matters.

Throughout her career, Ms Witkowski has worked on development agreements, leases, contracts for sale, co-owners’ agreements and related due diligence and ancillary documents, a statement from Holding Redlich confirmed.

“Adrianna’s appointment adds further depth to our property team in Sydney and nationally,” said Holding Redlich national managing partner Ian Robertson.

“Our property industry practice – which includes planning, environment, native title, development, leasing, construction and property-related disputes for a large list of private and public sector clients – continues to grow and Adrianna’s appointment has provided a major boost to this.

“We are very pleased to have Adrianna join our firm and look forward to working with her.”

Ms Witkowski said she was excited to join Holding Redlich and contribute to the growing private and public sector.

“I am very excited to be joining Holding Redlich and am looking forward to working as part of its national team,” she said.

“This is an exciting time in this area of law as we see unprecedented levels of private and public sector investment and participation in residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

“As a result, Sydney is rapidly evolving, and property and projects lawyers have the opportunity to be an integral part of its evolution.”
