Holding Redlich boosts M&A team with appointment of specialist Warren Scott

National law firm Holding Redlich today announced the appointment of M&A specialist Warren Scott as partner in its Melbourne office.

Recognised as Lawyer of the Year for Melbourne in specialist Corporate Law by peer-reviewed international guide, Best Lawyers, Warren is an expert in M&A, corporate, commercial, distribution and franchising law. He has advised on many high-profile corporate transactions, including acting for the Back in Motion Group on its sale to Healthia Limited (ASX:HLA) to form Australia and New Zealand’s largest physiotherapy group, as well as for Cox Group on its buyout of NewsCorp from the CarsGuide business and subsequent creation of a new entity to launch AutoTrader as a competitor to CarSales.

Also joining the firm with Warren Scott are: Senior Associate, Cassie Taylor; Associate, Scott Colvin; and lawyer, Elly Randall.
