Louise Farinotti


Louise commenced Articles with Holding Redlich in 2006 and was admitted to practice in 2007. Louise has experience in retail and commercial leasing, telecommunications licences and residential and commercial property acquisitions, sales and developments.


Louise commenced in retail leasing and her experience in that area provided her with the opportunity to undertake a nine month secondment with the Westfield Group of companies as a Lease Administrator at a time where Westfield was undertaking three major shopping centre redevelopments in Victoria.

Louise continues to undertake retail and commercial leasing and telecommunications licensing work, particularly for ISPT Pty Ltd. Louiseā€™s experience in that area as well as her experience with commercial property acquisitions and divestments, also gave her the opportunity to undertake an extended 18 month secondment with ISPT as Legal Counsel at a time where ISPT was undertaking a major acquisition program.

Louise has been involved in large off the plan residential developments from contract preparation and the registration of the plan of subdivision to settlement generally overseeing the process of the settlement of the sale of the off the plan apartments.

Louise also provides general residential property advice and has acted in a number of residential sales and acquisitions for the Department of Health and Human Services.
