Experience

Nick regularly advocates for his clients in hearings, mediations and compulsory conferences before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. He also appears before Council meetings, Planning Panels Victoria and the Magistrates Court acting on prosecution matters, as well as attending at the Victorian Supreme Court for restrictive covenant applications.

Nick has previously worked in-house at a leading Victorian multi-disciplinary consultancy servicing the property development industry, advising on various property development matters as well as working in local government in both Victoria and New Zealand.

Nick is qualified to practice in both Australia and New Zealand.
