Holding Redlich has continued to grow its property and projects group with the addition of Natashia Ackroyd in Melbourne.

Ackroyd, who moved from King & Wood Mallesons, where she was a senior associate, is the third partner to bolster the firm’s property team in recent months. In November, partner Adrianna Witkowski joined in Sydney. The firm welcomed partner John Wei in January in Brisbane.

Ackroyd brings to the firm more than 15 years’ experience in property law, which includes acting on a broad range of real estate matters, such as complex transactions, property development, investment management, and leasing. Her clients include local and international investors and government organisations.

“Natashia has extensive experience in large property transactions and legal work for large property developments and will add considerable depth to our practice in Melbourne and nationally,” said Ian Robertson, national managing partner. “We have also recently been joined by Adrianna Witkowski and John Wei – based in Sydney and Brisbane, respectively – and these important additions to our property practice are part of a careful strategy to add senior skills, experience and depth.”

Ackroyd said that she looks forward to contributing to the continued growth of the real estate practice both in Melbourne and across Australia.

“Holding Redlich has made a long-term commitment to real estate as a core practice area,” she said.
