Holding Redlich has attracted a new partner to boost its property and projects group.

Adrianna Witkowski has joined the national firm’s partnership, bringing to the firm her expertise in development, transactions, leasing, and construction. She moved to the firm’s Sydney office from MinterEllison, where she was a special counsel. She was also previously a senior associate at DLA Piper, legal counsel at Valad Property Group, and senior legal counsel at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Her extensive experience includes work on development agreements, leases, sale contracts, co-owners’ agreements, and related due diligence and ancillary documents.

There is a lot of activity in her area of expertise, Witkowski said.

“This is an exciting time in this area of law as we see unprecedented levels of private and public sector investment and participation in residential, commercial and infrastructure projects,” she said. “As a result, Sydney is rapidly evolving, and property and projects lawyers have the opportunity to be an integral part of its evolution.”

Ian Robertson, Holding Redlich national managing partner, said that the appointment deepens the firm’s property team.

“Our property industry practice – which includes planning, environment, native title, development, leasing, construction and property-related disputes for a large list of private- and public-sector clients – continues to grow, and Adrianna’s appointment has provided a major boost to this,” he said.
